Who Has The Best Smile?

Altima Dental is the group that compiled a list of royal smiles according to their attractiveness. They based their rankings on which royal’s smile is most Googled. According to Pure Wow, “to obtain the results, the dental care experts, “analyzed the number of Google searches for British royal family members which contained the terms ‘smile’ and ‘teeth,’ to discover the top five most popular royal smiles.” Sounds like a scientifically astute research study, let’s get right to the results!

None other than the Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton nabbed the top spot with a reported 36,000 searches per year. That number may not seem astronomical given how many billions of searches take place each and every hour, but in fact the toothy Kate clobbered her nearest competitor, none other than royal rival Meghan Markle. Princess Pinocchio received a paltry 17,400 searches per year.

The jostling for second and third places was a little more tight, as just behind Markle none other than her hubby Prince Harry claimed third place with 15,000 searches about his pearly whites.

In fourth place was Queen Elizabeth’s granddaughter, Lady Louise Windsor. The teen daughter of Prince Edward managed to garner 10,800 searches per year. And rounding out the top five is Her Majesty herself, Queen Elizabeth. The monarch had 7,800 searches conducted into her teeth.

Royal Family News – The Queen Came in Fifth Place

A spokesperson for Altima Dental issued the following statement: “The royal family are recognizable worldwide and incredibly influential, so it is exciting to see just how much of an impact they have, even down to their smiles.”
