Royal Family news reveals that, according to Vanity Fair, King Charles made his first return to Sandringham Estate, where his parents reportedly spent much of their married life, including Christmas holidays, since his mum, Queen Elizabeth II passed away.

Sandringham has housed four generations of British monarchs spanning 150 years. It is now privately owned by Charles. After accepting Prime Minister Liz Truss’s resignation on Thursday, the King took a trip to the estate located roughly 100 miles north of London.

Sunday, the King attended morning services at St. Mary Magdalene Church after taking the same route to the church the Royal Family often used on Christmas morning (via Hello!).

King Charles III’s Work At Sandringham

In 2021 the then-Prince Charles spoke to Country Life about his plans for turning Sandringham into a “fully organic operation.” The King took over the operation of the Norfolk property from his late father Prince Phillip in 2017. He’s now reportedly focused on running it in an environmentally conscious way.

The Times of India reported Sunday that the Queen Consort landed in Bangalore on Friday with her friends and some protection officers headed for the Soukya Center. According to the center’s website, meditation, homeopathy, yoga, and an ancient traditional medicine known as Ayurveda are available there – headed by Dr. Isaac Mathai.

The residential institute refers to itself as the world’s first integrative health destination with a focus on “healing, prevention or rejuvenation.” The Times of India reports that Dr. Isaac Mathai has been Charles and Camilla’s holistic doctor for many years. Personnel at the center citing confidentiality refused to divulge any information about the Queen’s stay there.
