There’s a new report that suggests King Charles is allowing Prince William and Kate Middleton to take control as he’s realized that the monarchy will get far better coverage with the Prince and Princess of Wales in the spotlight than himself and his wife, Camilla Parker Bowles.

Royal Family News: King Charles Lets Prince William And Kate Middleton Take Control
They are glamorous, they are young, and well, they also seem to generate much better headlines than the King of England and the Queen of England.
That’s probably why William and Kate attended a huge royal wedding in the Middle East while Charles and Camilla stayed back home at Windsor. At least, that’s what royal expert Daniela Elser seems to believe.
Elser recently said, “Waleses go to wedding’ might not sound like some big exciting milestone moment and before you think all the sequins of Kate’s Barbiecore gown have addled my brain, this wedding is the very first time that they have ever been called up to represent the sovereign at a major foreign royal event.

While the duo has been jetting off to do energetic Union Jack-waving around the world since 2011, they were never asked by the late Queen to stand in for her at this sort of official regal gathering.”
Royal Family News: What’s Next For William And Kate?
She continued, “In the royal world, assuming this sort of responsibility constitutes a step up in the Waleses’ royal careers.”
Now, whether or not this means William and Kate will be traveling overseas for more luxurious events in the future remains to be seen, but for now it’s pretty clear that Charles is letting them sit in the front, with William in the front seat. Watch this space.
