British Royal Family News says that there’s one particular reason why King Charles doesn’t want to see Meghan Markle at his Coronation. And that’s not because he’s worried that she might steal the spotlight away from him, but rather because he’s worried that she’s going to make the whole ordeal look like one huge storyline from a daytime television show. According to a new report, King Charles III has been told that the public does not want to see Prince Harry and Meghan Markle at his Coronation, even though it would be a good look for them to be there.
That is, because it would make the royal family look like one united unit again and if there’s anything that Charles needs right now, it’s good, positive press.
Yet, royal expert Allison Pearson says that there might be a downside to having the Duke and Duchess of Sussex for all of the festivities, too. She says, “Is that really what our King wants at his Coronation? I bet it’s not what a smarting Prince and Princess of Wales want. (William is said, with justification, to be concerned his brother will pull some “stunt”.)
It’s certainly not what the British people want. In fact, there is a real worry that we will think a lot less of our new monarch should he be seen to capitulate to an ungrateful couple who have insulted both our country and the institution Charles now embodies.”

Pearson continues, “By all means invite Harry and Meghan to a private celebration, but don’t allow them to turn a solemn occasion into a tawdry family drama. Sacred anointing with holy oil or a bar of daytime soap? The King must choose, and choose wisely.”
So far Buckingham Palace has not made any comments about the matter.

Well Harry will not go and leave kids and his wife at home. If this is how Charles feels then don’t bother the happy family is H & M. The man can’t wipe his ass without help
It’s not the Sussex’s or Meghan who will turn it into a soap opera. It’s the British press. She doesn’t even have to be around and they continue to make shit up. Not everyone believes the worst about her. You are not fooling everybody. The RF needs to stop feeling sorry for themselves and relishing being seen as the victims. It’s not a good look.
They quit the royal family! So they don’t need to be there. Sure he’s Harry’s father, but according to Hateful Harry he wasn’t much of a father so I don’t see why the dumbass duo wants to be there. I imagine it’s the attention they’re after. But I think they were booed on their last trip home. The assholes don’t deserve anything! They abandoned the royal family like they were pariahs!
As a parent myself, I understand King Charles wanting both his sons & their families there. On the other side of the coin, I understand the uproar it can cause too. After all it’s his grandson birthday, & as a mother, she’d want the father to be home celebrating his birthday. To me that’s where Harry’s priorities are; not with his father. Just my opinion!
I think Meghan should not go to the coronation but Harry should. Harry will not go without her so that ends all the trouble that could happen. Meghan has caused nothing but trouble, especially after Queen Elizabeth died.
She deserves nothing for herself after the way she has acted and is still looking for a handout from the royals. It is ashamed Harry has to get the brunt of it, but he listened to no ones advice on this one. She is a troubling menace and will try to cash in on whatever she can. We have all seen this before, if not in royal life but in regular life and it being done by women who act just like her. She is an idiot because she knows better. Stay away Meghan, stay away
