British Royal family news reveals for the first time ever, Meghan Markle, Duchess of Sussex and her son Archie Harrison’s photos were leaked to the press, prompting a lot of people to wonder what is going on as the Duchess of Sussex is certainly a person who is very careful, especially when it comes to her son’s privacy and the press. Yet, there is some speculation that suggests the photos were intentional, as they were released on the same day to coincide with Prince Louis’ third birthday. Here’s what you need to know.

While no one knows what is really going on behind closed doors at Buckingham Palace or at Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s Montecito Mansion, it seems like there is a press war brewing between the Cambridges and Sussexes and yes, they are using their children to get attention. Or at least, that’s the way it appears to be.

On the same day that Kensington Palace released a photo of Prince Louis celebrating his third birthday on a red tricycle, a photo of Meghan and Archie appears and is distributed by the Murdoch press. And no, this is no coincidence. It appears as though Team Sussex is trying to steal Team Cambridge’s thunder. If there’s one thing that we’ve learned about the Duchess of Sussex this past year, it’s that she is very much in control, especially when it comes to her family’s public image along with what is, and what is not released to the press.

With that said, reports also indicated that Prince Harry was supposed to stay in the UK for a few extra days so he could celebrate Queen Elizabeth’s 95th birthday, but that didn’t happen either. Instead, he ended up going home to California to be with his pregnant wife and their son Archie. Whether or not Prince Harry was blocked from seeing his grandmother remains to be determined.

So far neither Buckingham Palace nor Meghan Markle has made any comments about the leaked paparazzi photos, but we have a feeling that this is just the beginning of a very calculated PR war that both sides expect to win. Watch this space as there is so much more to come.
