Royal Family News: Meghan Markle And Prince Harry Forced To Polish Up Their Image

British royal family news shows that Meghan Markle Duchess of Sussex and Prince Harry Duke of Sussex want to retain their royal perks without lifting a finger to conduct royal business. Is this possible? It is up to the queen to decide the roles that Harry and Meghan have in The Firm. In March their one-year anniversary of Megxit is up for review and it is thought that a final decision will be made then as to their status as royals.

But is it realistic for them to live in the U.S. and do royal business with a flip of their hands and a snap of their fingers, never showing up but simply decreeing their wishes as some kind of foreign lord of the manor? They think so and apparently, at least one royal watcher does, too.

Meghan Markle And Prince Harry Have Hit An All-Time Low In Popularity Ratings In The UK

According to royal watcher Richard Fitzwilliams, he expects the couple, who are tremendously unpopular in the UK, to turn their focus to the United States and the Commonwealth. He told the Daily Express that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, “Could still give help to their British charities from Hollywood. Even though of course there’s the fact that they’re in Hollywood and the fact that when they comment on things that’s held against them by certain newspapers.”

To be fair, it is not just “certain newspapers” who hold the greedy pair accountable. The British taxpayer was none too happy when they footed the bill for Meghan Markle’s lavish wedding and honeymoon home, Frogmore Cottage only to have the ingrates run off to greener pastures.

After “certain newspapers” refused to let Prince Harry forget about his debts he reportedly paid for the Frogmore renovations and has now pushed the property off to his cousin Princess Eugenie and her husband Jack Brooksbank.

Can Prince Harry And Meghan Markle Rule Britannia From Hollyweird?

He added, “But their focus isn’t Britain, they’re not that popular here as a couple. Harry’s always been popular but that’s not so much the case anymore. The facts simply are that this wouldn’t bother them as such.”

“The emphasis on their lives, in their work, in the United States, it’s obvious. Also, to some extent, the Commonwealth will be included in this.”

Meghan and Harry have now focused on producing “worthwhile” content for Netflix and he has been criticized for partnering up with the company that airs The Crown, a series about his family. And, despite their weak protests to the contrary, it is widely believed that the pair plan to air a reality series about themselves.
