British royal family news shows that Samantha Markle, sister of Meghan, isn’t having her sibling’s nonsense. Sam is teaching her kid sister tough love, suing her the way Meghan sues others, in a defamation case. Meghan is getting a dose of her own medicine so to speak and Samantha has shown that she is just as tenacious as Meghan when going after her prey.
Samantha’s latest move is calling for Princess Pinocchio to be questioned on video. We don’t see the problem, Meghan loves doing videos. Remember the August birthday video in which she celebrated herself then ordered women to get back to work post-Covid? Harry wasn’t allowed in the house that day to wish her a happy birthday, the camera caught him in the backyard juggling his balls.

Samantha is fighting back after Meghan filed a motion to dismiss the case in which the plaintiff is seeking £60,000 in damages. That’s all?
Samantha has said her reputation was trashed by Meghan during her dirty laundry, tell-all TV interview with Oprah Winfrey. To be fair, Meghan trashed a lot of people, as did Harry. Many of those people came fighting back, and in the process showed whyMeghan is called by the name of a wooden puppet.
Samantha’s lawyer Jamie Alan Sasson told the Mirror, “Our intention is to take this case to a jury trial.”

He added, “I feel confident we’ll get past the motion to dismiss. We expect to start taking depositions in this case within the next six months.” Sasson said he may ask for evidence from Harry who may be too busy playing polo. Or juggling his balls.
Samantha claims, “she has been a victim of false and malicious statements which subjected her to worldwide humiliation and said Meghan made up a, “false narrative and fairy-tale life story.” Meghan said she was an only child, does that count as defamatory?

For her part, Meghan filed a 27-page court bid in Tampa, Florida to dismiss the case: “This is a defamation case without any merit,” claimed Meghan’s lawyers on May 13.
Samantha now has until June 3 to file a response and a US federal judge will rule on whether the case can proceed. Meghan’s first rate legal team includes Ronnie Bitman, who represented the estate of Michael Jackson, and Michael Kump, “who has acted for TV reality star Kim Kardashian,” according to the Daily Record. That should make all the difference, having a reality show actor represent Meghan in court.

Yes, Samantha should win the lawsuit! She was very upset for the lairs that her sister Meghan spoke and Samanta was very upset about it and about what her sister did to her father!

This article and this lawsuit are laughable at best. Samantha and the rest of the Markle clan have been harassing Meghan since she and Harry started dating. I believe her when she says that she was raised as an only child and rarely spent time with her half brother and sister. Samantha has been going hard trying to cash in any way she can on Meghan's coattails. She exudes greed and jealousy on a whole other level.
