British royal family news reveals that Meghan Markle’s wax figure at Madame Tussauds in Sydney has it’s very own baby bump!
On Sunday Meghan and Prince Harry announced they are expecting their second child so the crack staff at MT’s got handy and gave the Duchess of Sussex’s wax figure a little tummy bulge. From there the figure went to the Sydney Zoo for a “maternity photoshoot…Aussie style.”

“Congratulations again to Harry, Meghan and soon-to-be big brother, Archie,” Madame Tussauds Sydney wrote on Instagram. “Sporting a leopard print maternity dress, the Meghan statue received “belly kisses from Dot the adorable Kangaroo.”

Way back when, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex announced they were expecting their first child before kicking off their October 2018 tour of Australia, New Zealand, Fiji and Tonga. And, after they announcement they were next seen in Sydney. As you can imagine there was a huge fuss made about the news.
“We also genuinely couldn’t think of a better place to announce the, er, upcoming baby,” Harry said at a speech that day, looking over at Meghan. Appearing slightly nervous, Harry added, “whether it’s a boy or a girl.”

At a welcome reception at Admiralty House in Sydney, the couple received official baby gifts from the Governor General Peter Cosgrove and his wife, Lady Lynne Cosgrove.
“That’s so cute, it’s our first baby gift!” Meghan said as she received a fluffy stuffed kangaroo (complete with a baby joey!) and tiny fleece Ugg booties.

On Sunday a spokesperson for the couple told PEOPLE, “We can confirm that Archie is going to be a big brother. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are overjoyed to be expecting their second child.”
The pair then released a controversial black-and-white photo taken remotely by their friend and photographer, Misan Harriman.
It’s hard to not notice Harry’s dirty feet as they are prominently feet-ured in the foreground of the heavily staged pic.
Many have criticized the ostentatiousness of the photo, but it is merely the last in a long line of such excesses. For instance last year they found it necessary to reissue a second brand new version of their engagement photo. To the entire world.
