British royal family news divulges that royal fans have a new dish of royal gossip to digest courtesy of historian Robert Lacey’s updated book Battle of Brothers. Royal watchers as well as fans are talking about the book’s new revelations and we have some of the reactions for you here.

Robert Lacey Makes Astonishing Revelations in His Updated Book
The book suggests that Prince Charles indicated that Prince Harry and his wife Meghan Markle’s son Archie would never be made a prince.
Historian and broadcaster Tessa Dunlop told the Mail’s Palace Confidential that “clumsy” Charles “dropped the ball” on this issue. According to her, he should have told his mudslinging daughter-in-law: “Hey Meghan, I wanted to slim down the monarchy, but instead I’m so going to make your Archie the biggest and best prince on the planet.”
Royal Watchers Weigh In
But the Daily Mail’s Diary Editor Richard Eden thinks that the Prince Charles isn’t to blame, since Harry and Meghan didn’t appear to want to compromise, based on their words and actions.
He said, “More and more people have said to me that it was evident that Harry and Meghan didn’t want to make it work, particularly Meghan.”
“So it wasn’t Charles fault for not making her welcome it was that she very much didn’t want to make it work, she wanted to return to California to pursue her career.”
Royal writer Victoria Murphy also chimed in on the sensational claims of what was really said between Princes William and Harry after the funeral of their grandfather Prince Philip in April. Inside sources have said that William Duke of Cambridge did not have a lengthy chat with Harry because of, “concerns that those conversations would make their way into the public domain.”

What Are Royal Watchers Saying?
Royal finance expert David McClure had this to say about the couple’s claims that they were cut off financially: “we now know that Charles paid for his security up until last summer, when Harry signed all those lucrative commercial contracts and was able to buy a very expensive house.”
That house is a mansion in Montecito, California where the Markle’s now reside. They fled to the US after deciding that the taxpayer’s dime was not enough to sustain them, and after Charles reportedly told his 30-something son Harry to get a job or words to that effect.

To be fair it sounds like there is blame to go around, no one is perfect. But hindsight is 20/20.
Why Prince Harry married that woman is beyond me,she doesn’t belong
What does any of this matter now? Harry and Megan said they didn't want to be royal and wanted to live in the US. So what does it matter that Archie is not a prince, unless the parents want to use that as a meal ticket and free pass for him to usurp other children in America? But isn't that going against everything Harry and Megan say they stand for? Here we are again with their conflicting messages. It seems when it suits they want the public to believe they are just ordinary people but then they get angry and vindictive when they are worried about loosing their titles, benefits and privileges. A perfect example is resigning as working Royals but then getting upset when they are no longer being funded by poor and financially struggling UK taxpayers. The Royals should limit them to private family matters. They are just always looking for a cheap buck and don't care who they use to get it public, family we are all just a means to an ends for Harry and Megan.
