Right about now you may be asking who Mike Tindall is. The 43-year-old former England rugby player is happily married to Queen Elizabeth’s granddaughter Zara Tindall. Zara’s mom Anne is Charles’ sister and she chose not to give her son and daughter royal titles. So technically, they do not have to ask permission to get along in their daily lives.
The Times reported that, “Mike could earn a six-figure pay packet for heading to the Aussie outback for the next installment of the ITV show hosted by Ant and Dec, Palace courtiers could find it difficult to ask him to reverse his decision.”

As non working royals Zara and Mike make their own way in life, and the former Olympian equestrian has endorsement deals while Mike does a podcast with two other former athletes.
Branding expert Nick Ede told FEMAIL that Mike could earn up to as much as £150,000 if he took part in the show which subjects players to all manner of gruesome oddities such as, “consuming items including animal genitalia.”
Ede said that the appearance could boost Mike’s star, and noted, “the true value of the show is what you do after it.”

Mike cohosts The Good, The Bad and The Rugby podcast, and his appearance could mean, “a prime role as a sports pundit or panelist or host of a show who knows but for ‘brand Tindall’ this is a great step and will increase his celebrity equity ten fold. All eyes will be on Mike this year.”

Mike and Zara married in 2011 and are, “known for their wicked sense of humor,” as well as their devotion to each other. Neither have said an ill word toward the monarchy, as have Meghan and Harry.
And the upside to Mike’s participation? Experts think that physically fit Mike has, “a good chance of winning the whole competition.”
