British Royal Family News says that the royal family is absolutely terrified of what Prince Harry might say or do next. Thanks to his Netflix series, Harry and Meghan, his memoir Spare, and the multiple interviews that he has conducted so far, the royals are worried that Harry might set off another verbal bomb in their direction. Royal Family News – The Royal Family Is Terrified Of What Prince Harry Will Say Next
According to The Sunday Times, there are some staffers behind the scenes who are truly worried of what Harry will say or do in the coming weeks or even months ahead. “Right now, he’s holding a gun to their heads,” says a royal source. “And nobody knows what will be acceptable to him as appeasement. His goalposts are constantly shifting and the family is always going to question some of his versions of events.”
That, and they also think that Prince Harry is doing himself no favors by throwing his family members under the bus in the way that he has these last several weeks. But at the same time, a reconciliation is not off the table yet. “It’s going to take flexibility on all sides, but it can be done, it’s fixable,” says the source. “It needs Harry over here, in the room with the King and Prince of Wales, a couple of other family members, some of ‘his people’ he trusts who always had his back, so he doesn’t think he’s being ambushed.
Someone like Elf [Ed Lane Fox, Harry’s former private secretary] and Christopher [Lord Geidt, the late Queen’s former private secretary who advised the Sussexes]. Both sides need to hold their hands up and admit we didn’t get everything right, and we got a lot wrong, and we have to say to him ‘we understand the pain you’ve been through’. The King can do it.”
In Spare, Harry details how some members of his family tried to encourage him to feed the press some details about his marriage to Meghan, but he only gave a little at a time.

He also made it clear that he didn’t want to see one royal correspondent at the wedding unless Murdoch himself was going to apologize for his phone hacking scandal.
He wrote, “I’d had it with the Royal Rota, both the individuals and the system, which was more outdated than the horse and cart. It had been devised some forty years earlier, to give British print and broadcast reporters first crack at the Royal Family, and it stank to high heaven. It discouraged fair competition, engendered cronyism, encouraged a small mob of hacks to feel entitled.”
