British royal family news shows that King Charles has made history by giving his first Christmas Speech as regent. The video was filmed in St. George’s Chapel, Windsor Castle, and it is the exact spot where the Queen’s coffin was it delicately lowerd to her final resting place. Thus Charles has successfully managed to merge the new with the old, tradition with the modernity he represents.

The broadcast airs at 3pm on Christmas Day and he is expected to include a poignant remembrance of his beloved mother.

The speech was filmed last week, just two days before Netflix’s “Harry & Meghan” docuseries concluded on Thursday.
