Piers Morgan Is Talking About Meghan Markle

The former anchor talked to journalist Karl Stefanovic about his thoughts on Meghan Thee Duchess. According to Page Six, their relationship got off to a rosy start in 2015 when they began to talk and followed each other on social media. Then Meghan reportedly ghosted the Brit, the same night she met her now-husband Prince Harry, according to Morgan.

“I don’t believe a word she says,” said Morgan in a video peek of the interview. He has plenty of ammunition to pepper Meghan about, much of the untruth bombs coming from her own mouth.

Morgan pointed to her boast on an Oprah Winfrey tell-all in March in which Markle said that, “three days before our wedding we got married.”

The coy lady went on to say, “We called the archbishop and we just said, look, this thing, this spectacle is for the world, but we want our union between us. So the vows that we have framed in our room are just the two of us in our backyard with the archbishop of Canterbury.”
Wrong.

Meghan Told a Falsehood

Sorry Meghan, your version of the truth is not true. The archbishop of Canterbury confirmed that he legally married the couple at Windsor Castle on May 19, 2018, and denied breaking the law by marrying them in the “backyard.”

Justin Welby is head of the church of England and he said: “I signed the wedding certificate, which is a legal document, and I would have committed a serious criminal offense if I signed it knowing it was false.”

As Morgan says of Meghan’s tall tales, “They were downright lies. That [ceremony] would make the archbishop of Canterbury a criminal.”

Not everyone wants to believe the truth apparently. Stefanovic was quoted by the Daily Mail as fawning over Meghan: “I think she is an amazing, amazing woman. I think she is doing her very best at the moment, and she’s got a lot on her plate. She’s doing it so beautifully. She’s such a great export for Great Britain.”

The upcoming interview should be interesting.
