In other words, the Duchess of Sussex is probably living in Piers’ head rent free. As a matter of fact, the disgruntled British television personality has taken another jab at Meghan over her wedding claims that she made in her interview with Oprah Winfrey. On Monday, Piers took another jab at Meghan by calling into question a claim she made about her supposed secret wedding to Prince Harry by sharing an article from the Daily Mail on his Twitter account. The report says the couple’s claims of being married in a private ceremony, days before their lavish royal wedding, has been debunked by the release of their marriage certificate by the General Register Office.

Piers Simply Wrote, “Do We Still Have To Believe Her?”

Earlier this month Piers said that he lost his job because he refused to believe Meghan’s claim that she experienced suicidal thoughts while she was still a full-time member of the royal family. In a lengthy social media post that he wrote, Piers said, “Those of you that know me well enough know that, despite my many faults, I’m always willing to stand my ground for the things that I think matter most.”

He added, “And now I’ve lost my job at Good Morning Britain because I chose not to apologize for disbelieving Meghan Markle’s claims in her interview with Oprah Winfrey.”

That same week Piers also told reporters outside of his home, “I don’t believe almost anything that comes out of her mouth and I think the damage she’s done to the British monarchy and to the Queen at a time when Prince Philip is lying in hospital is enormous and frankly contemptible.”
