The suit is a civil case brought against him by one of dead, convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein’s alleged victims.
Royal Family News – Prince Andrew Is Confident
Andrew and his ex-wife Sarah Ferguson were photographed arriving at the estate in the Scottish Highlands prior to Monday’s hearing in New York. According to a source, Andrew, who has said nothing publicly to date about the lawsuit, believes he will be able to “brush off” the allegations and return to life as a working senior royal. Some royal experts are not so optimistic.
Andrew is said to have joined his mother for lunch at a cabin six miles from the castle and they reportedly spent 90 minutes at the fishing lodge with Prince Andrew allegedly ducking out back, “to avoid being spotted and headed into the forest, where he was picked up by his Metropolitan Police royal protection officers,” according to the Daily Mail.
Royal Family News – Will Prince Andrew Triumph?
Sources close to Prince Andrew said the trip to Balmoral was a holiday visit but others have suggested that he may be trying to avoid representatives from his accuser’s lawyers, “who have been trying to serve papers on him at Royal Lodge, his Windsor mansion. Security guards have stopped ‘multiple’ attempts in recent weeks.”
One insider spilled, “It is clear he (Andrew) has a clear and burning desire to return to work as soon as possible. That may look entirely impossible but if anything he’s become emboldened in recent weeks and remains utterly convinced he will not only be exonerated but will certainly forge a way back to public life.”
The source added, “Certainly he has given the incredibly bullish impression that this will all blow over within a short while, rather than become a protracted issue.”
Royal Family News – Queen Elizabeth Met With Prince Andrew
The lawsuit was brought by Virginia Roberts Guiffre. She alleged that they had sex at three locations while she was underage and that Andrew knew she, “was a sex-trafficking victim.”
Under the New York Civil Practice Law and Rules, papers must be served on all defendants within 120 days after a civil complaint is filed at court. Additionally, legal experts have stated that under the Geneva Convention, Andrew or his legal team must be served with the papers in person.

What a clown – running into the woods at the cabin and pick up by his security all in order to avoid being served papers! He is disgusting. I wish the Queen would let him stew in his own broth!!!!!
