Royal Family News: Prince Andrew Publicly Dissed Harry And Meghan At Eugenie’s Wedding

British royal family news shows that Prince Andrew has been the subject of headlines of late. For one, he is the defendant in a sexual assault trial and today his lawyers requested a jury hear his case this fall in NYC. Would it be a jury of his peers?

Secondly, many ex-palace employees have gone on record with tales of his acid tongue and odd habits for an adult man. Apparently he was given to tantrums if his teddy bear collection was not properly arranged on his bed, and once asked a maid to close the curtains he was sitting right in front of, then chewed her out for doing an inferior job. These of course are second-hand tales of his louche behavior but there seems to be no shortage of them. Google it.

Royal Family News – Prince Andrew Is Facing A Trial

Now comes word that he had the temerity to compare his daughter Princess Eugenie’s wedding with that of his nephew Prince Harry’s. Which is ironic now that the two disgraced men are commonly referenced in the same breath as in, “AndrewHarry once did this,” or “AndrewHarry were caught out ….” Be that as it may, royal runaway Harry married Meghan Markle in 2018. Later that year Eugenie married Jack Brooksbank.

Both royal weddings were held at St. George’s Chapel in Windsor Castle. Before his daughter wed, Andrew boasted as only the father of the bride can, telling a camera he, “had invited more guests at his daughter’s wedding than elder brother Prince Charles did for Harry.”

Andrew clacked on, “It will NOT be the same as the previous one that was held in May. This is not a public wedding, this is meant to be a family wedding.”

Andrew couldn’t keep it zipped and he nattered on, “There’ll be a few more people than most people have. There are a few more than Harry had, but that’s just the nature of Eugenie and Jack – they’ve got so many friends that they need a church of that size to fit them all in.”

Prince Andrew Clacked On About His Daughter’s Friends

Understandably, social media thought Andrew to be less than appealing in his verbal pomposity. One poster tweeted, “Throwing some shade there Duke,” while another one noted, “Hum! So Harry have (sic) not got so many friends.” Well, that much may be true, to be honest. After all where have all of Harry and Meghan’s friends gone now that they have burned the royal bridge and shown themselves to be so eager to cast loved ones under the bus?

Lastly, one poster said this of Andrew: “So seems like a competition for him.” There is no competition now, disgraced AndrewHarry have shown their stripes and public opinion speaks for itself.
