Royal Family News: Prince Charles Takes Axe To Monarchy, Meghan Markle & Prince Harry First To Go?

British royal family news reveals that Prince Charles plans to excise several royals after he ascends the throne following the death of his mother Queen Elizabeth.

At least that is what multiple experts believe based on Charles’ own statements to that effect. Apparently, he wants to streamline the Monarchy in a bid to make it more economical and attractive to the public.

Nonetheless, Charles has never detailed nor disclosed what his plans might be despite hinting at a royal family tree pruning.

The queen herself did a round of royal cutbacks by disallowing second and third cousins of the monarch to live off of taxpayer money. Are more severe cuts coming down the road?

Charles is said to be eyeing such a move due to the fact that his mother had four children each of whom went on to create their own entitled families.

His friend Gyles Brandreth has given an indication of how Charles might approach the dilemma of too many royal cooks in the kitchen, so to speak. According to him, Charles will cut down the monarchy to just six members meaning many others are on the chopping block.

He told the Express, “I think that going forward we are going to see, we are going to go back to a much slimmed down [monarchy].”

“We will have the Prince of Wales and the Duchess of Cornwall, and we will have Princess Anne… We will also have Prince Edward, who is going to become the new Duke of Edinburgh,” he added.

“Then we will have William and Catherine for the next generation.”

If this version of the story is accurate, the Royal Family will officially cut off disgraced Prince Andrew and traitorous Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.
