British royal family news reveals that some royal watchers just can’t stop pleading for public sympathy for Prince Harry, Duke Of Sussex and Meghan Markle. They sure have had it rough according to royal biographer Omid Scobie, what with leaving the luxury of royal life in the United Kingdom and having to find and settle in to a $14 million dollar mansion in the US.
We should all be so lucky right? Wrong. According to Scobie he has witnessed the unbearable pain the poor couple suffered after their nanny left them, and he is telling anyone who will listen about the trauma the Markle’s have had to endure after signing mega contracts with Netflix and Spotify, expanding their social circle to include George and Amal Clooney and living in an exclusive enclave with the likes of Oprah Winfrey as a neighbor.

Scobie wrote the gushing love letter biography of the Markle’s titled Finding Freedom. He is an unabashed fan of the pair and has proclaimed himself to be Meghan’s “soul mate.” He wrote in Grazia about his friends’ year saying, “To be at the point they are at now, having set up an empire and a charity in just over nine months, shows just how hard they have worked to make this transition a success, but it’s taken a lot of work to get here. The journey has been painful.”
Not only are the pair pained by the separation from Harry’s family, they are pained by the loss of their nanny apparently.

According to the Daily Mail, an insider spilled more beans to Carolyn Durand who was the co-writer of Finding Freedom. “It’s just been a lot,” the insider sniffed, “Their nanny moved back to the UK when they moved to LA because of the pandemic and restrictions left them feeling quite alone. Each move made them feel more displaced.”
At this time in history displaced should be a term reserved for those who have lost jobs, livelihoods and homes. It does not apply to Harry and Meghan for whom being displaced meant leaving the palace, staying in a Canadian waterfront mansion, living in Tyler Perry’s lavish LA mansion, and now bedding down in their own Montecito mansion.

The good news in all of this? Harry and Meghan are incredibly resilient after their year of pain, hardship and displacement. According to one insider, they have, “no regrets” about their royal exit because they “feel very rewarded from their work.”

I’m sorry Prince Harry, if you are displaced you are the richest displaced person I know of. In this country if a person is displaced it’s usually because they have nowhere to go and no means of support. You and your wifey [sorry about the respect] surely have both. If the two of you were to split up she could make it on her own and wouldn’t even need to take you through the cleaners like most women in this country do. I am truly no bragging but I have been married twice and divorced twice and walked away with almost nothing but the clothes on my back and my personal belongings.
