British royal family news reveals that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s work practices are being scrutinized once again after yet another VIP employee left them high and dry.
Catherine St. Laurent was made their “chief of staff” and named executive director of Archewell (which has yet to be approved by the American patent office) after he couple lured her away from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.
Now insiders are saying she, “wanted out,” after doing work outside of her contract plus having to, “fulfil a great many functions,” for the thirsty but forgetful couple.
At the time one insider told the Mail, “She was a huge appointment for them. A big hitter with a great track record, poached to head up their new working life in the US. It is really quite astonishing she has left that role after less than a year.”

She once said that she would wake up at 5.30am and get to work before “officially starting work” at 8.30am.
In March it was revealed that she suddenly left her employers after less than a year on the job. Insiders told The Telegraph, “I think there was a sense that she was having to fulfil a great many functions for the couple – not all of which were necessarily in her job spec.”
Truth is that Harry and Meghan have had a score employees leave them. When they were still working royals at least two PAs plus other staff from their private office left.
Did we mention there is an active and ongoing formal investigation into Meghan “bullying” former staff, plus allegations that that is the reason they left the Markle’s employ?
Earlier this year Buckingham Palace announced it was launching a probe into the claims by their former head of communications that, “Meghan bullied several female members of their team, forcing at least two to quit.”
What does Meghan have to say for herself? She’s labeled it a, “calculated smear campaign.”

But all was wine and roses when Catherine came on board, with the couple describing her as an, “incredible asset,” and cooing, “We are excited to have her on our team.”
Apparently she was not as excited, after meeting and working for them. Catherine was replaced as Archewell’s executive director by the couple’s UK, as opposed to US, communications officer James Holt.
The couple have given Toya Holness the job as Archewell’s “global press secretary.” She may not have much to do however since the Markle’s infamous US patent application for Archewell has just been rejected for a second time.
