British Royal family News says that a lot of people don’t seem to be buying what Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are selling, at least when it comes to their Netflix documentary. In fact, some critics are even slamming it as “beautiful propaganda.” Here’s what you need to know.

Apparently, a lot of people believe that Harry and Meghan is a very one-sided story about the Duke and Duchess of Sussex and not much of a documentary. Critic Noor Norman from MSNBC had this to say about Netflix’s docuseries Harry and Meghan: “The difference between what the documentary says it is and what it actually is gets at the heart of what this documentary does effectively: plays with the power dynamics between the observer and the observed. This subversion, however, isn’t always executed with self-awareness. How can any story told from a place of pain and persecution be the unvarnished truth? I do not mean to deny their reality but instead to suggest this one-sided story is one of many truths.”

Needless to say, it didn’t take very long for both royal fans and critics alike to weigh in on the matter. Some of them wrote sarcastic comments such as, “Well from now on Netflix truth is well non existent. Whoever agreed this has damaged their brand for telling lies. Where is there own research to make sure what they are showing is true. Idiots,” along with, “Netflix don’t have any integrity, if they put that out as a documentary, they can’t be trusted anymore. Doesn’t matter what side of the Atlantic you are on, people can spot con artists wherever they are.”

And there was also this comment, “I just wish Meghan and Harry were made aware of how badly the first three programmes have gone down. She is an absolute liar and should be challenged. Mythomania and pseudologia fantastica are the medical terms for behavior of compulsive or habitual lying. This is Meghan.”
