British royal family news reveals that Omid Scobie, Meghan Markle Duchess of Sussex’s “soul mate” and author of her controversial biography Finding Freedom, is spilling the tea on her private Thanksgiving plans.

He wrote on Twitter that an inside source told him that Meghan and her husband Prince Harry Duke of Sussex were all set to enjoy a “cozy” Thanksgiving at home in Montecito with 19-month-old Archie.

This news comes a day after Meghan announced in The New York Times that she suffered a miscarriage in July.

Apparently the Duke and Duchess of Sussex will feast on fresh produce from their very own Montecito garden. They are said to be planning a quiet dinner at home and are looking forward to, “celebrating their first American Thanksgiving in the States as a family,” Scobie tweeted.

The chatty Omid went on: “They plan to enjoy a home-cooked meal with traditional Thanksgiving dishes, including recipes made with fresh vegetables from their garden.”

The day before Thanksgiving Meghan announced that she suffered a miscarriage over the summer.

Last year the globetrotting pair supposedly celebrated Thanksgiving privately with close family in Canada, although Omid did not provide details of that event.

Katie Nicholl told OK! in August that it’s likely that Meghan will be cooking as she is a, “talented chef.”

“Meghan loves being in the kitchen. She’s a talented chef and takes great pleasure in bringing people together over a family meal.” This family meal, like others before it, presumably will not include her estranged father Thomas Markle, who is expected to testify against her in a pending lawsuit.

Nicholl added, “There won’t be any staff helping her – she’ll definitely be wearing the apron.”

Yesterday The New York Times published her account of miscarriage which relayed the news that she felt a ‘sharp cramp’ while changing Archie’s diaper.

“I dropped to the floor with him in my arms, humming a lullaby to keep us both calm, the cheerful tune a stark contrast to my sense that something was not right.”

She revealed she, “watched her husband’s heartbreak as he tried to hold the shattered pieces of mine,” while they grieved.
