Royal Family News – Duke And Duchess Have But One Netflix Project

This comes after the axing of their cartoon series, Pearl, as part of serious cutbacks over at Netflix. Per a Netflix production chief, “The Netflix cuts will be followed by every other studio as we enter a recession, so they are highly unlikely to find other buyers for their projects,” adding that, “they have to do something to grab a huge audience and prove to Netflix they were worth the investment – otherwise they are likely to find themselves being quickly frozen out.”

Prince Harry and Meghan’s production company, Archewell, now has just one $92 million project going with Netflix, the documentary series, Heart of Invictus. Author and royal expert, Tina Brown, has reportedly said that the Sussexes “completely underestimated” how problematic Hollywood life would be sans support from the Royal Family. “The Palace has amazing power and all of that is gone.”

Royal Family News – Harry, Meghan, Andrew Not The Only Ones Snubbed

In the exclusive Express poll, UK market researchers Techne polled 1,634 Brits, “Is the Queen right to exclude Harry and Meghan and their children from the Buckingham Palace balcony?” Out of that, 80 percent said she was, 14 percent said no, and six percent said they didn’t know.

Of course, though Harry, Meghan, and Andrew were the apparent targets for the Queen’s snub, it has hurt more than just those three. Prince and Princess Michael of Kent and the Earl and Countess of Wessex, Lady Louise Windsor and James, Viscount Severn, as well as Princesses Eugenie and Beatrice will all be excluded from the Buckingham Palace balcony during Trooping the Colour that marks the beginning of the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee celebrations.
