British royal family news shows that at least one royal expert has closed the lid on Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s traveling trunk show. The circus has come to town after two years and they failed to elicit much excitement. Expect for the pics telling off small kids. Now that was a class act.

The Markle’s were in the UK last week for the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee and every time they were seen in public (twice) they acted up like brats who don’t get the best candy. The verdict is in: they are washed up has beens who never were.

Daily Mail columnist Robert Hardman threw down the gauntlet saying that they represent a, “lack of newsworthiness.” He spoke to the Palace Confidential podcast, noting the relative ostracization of the couple upon their big return to Harry’s birthplace.

They thought the whole weekend was about them, not surprisingly. Apparently they expected the royal family to drop everything and come to their daughter’s party out in the weeds on Saturday. When that didn’t happen they ranted to the media. Note to Markle’s: the entire weekend was a planned celebration of Queen Elizabeth’s 70 years on the throne. You were guests who weren’t really wanted.

The expert explained, “They turned up at the things they said they would turn up at and not at other things.”

“And I think that will have gone a long way toward normalizing if you like, their return to these shores,” at the end of the day.”

But he also concluded, “And I think in a couple of years it won’t even be newsworthy if they just pop back for something.”

Royal Family News – The Markle’s Live in California

It will be newsworthy however if they act true to form and bully his family as they have done for two years. They revealed they are as self-centered as ever by flying an enormous private jet to the UK, setting up shop, then thinking the whole fam would cater to their juvenile whims and wishes.

They showed that adults acting like kids and alerting everyone to it with a PR machine as big as they have is news. Of the worst kind.
