Royal Family News: Prince Harry Claims America His Home, Tory MPs Demand Sussex Titles Stripped

British royal family news shows that while Prince Harry may be enjoying his newfound notoriety as a fabricating snitch, his popularity in the UK is at an all-time low. On top of that, unimpressed Tory MPs want him stripped of one of his last remaining royal privileges.
Harry and his wife Meghan Markle now live in California and are being told to give up their official Sussex titles or have them stripped away.
Royal Family News – Should Harry Be Stripped?
The outrage against Prince Harry comes after his attacks on the Monarchy in his memoir, during interviews and his Netflix docuseries. Harry, who for now is the Duke of Sussex, claims that his brother William assaulted him (and broke his beloved necklace) in a fight over Meghan, among other atrocities.
Royal Family News – Harry And Meghan Are Royals
Conservative MP Bob Seely told MailOnline that he wants to pass legislation to allow Harry and Meghan’s royal status to be downgraded. To this end he wants a vote on amending the 1917 Titles Deprivation Act which would give the Privy Council the ability to strip the Sussexes of their titles.
During a recent interview, Harry was asked about giving up the contested titles and he rudely opined, “What difference would that make?”

Seely’s colleague Scott Benton said that, “Harry’s comments on anti-monarchist Stephen Colbert’s The Late Show – where he declared the US his home – and other TV interviews this week including with ITV’s Tom Bradby has sparked fury from his Blackpool South constituents.”
He added that Harry’s words, “have harmed the reputation of this country around the world. The Monarchy is one of the things that makes our country so special and by washing his dirty laundry in public, he has not only come across as spoilt and petty, but has let down the institution which so many of us cherish so much.”

To give you an idea of what Harry has been up to, he told Colbert that the Monarchy tried to undermine his memoir because its content, “perhaps made them feel uncomfortable and scared.” In addition to his ludicrous words, Harry downed tequila shots and made jokes about his genitals. What a charmer.
