Royal Family News – Prince Harry Like Him Some Legal Drama

In a new court filing that is related to his demand for UK security that he does not deserve, Prince Harry claims that articles published by the Mail on Sunday have caused, “serious damage to his reputation and substantial hurt, embarrassment and distress which is continuing.” That’s according to Variety.

Earlier this year Prince Harry filed a suit against the British outlet, “over articles the outlet published about his ongoing fight to get the British government to provide official security for him and his family when they’re in the United Kingdom.” This is the same man who threatened legal action against the BBC when they dared report on his daughter’s birth last June.

Royal Family News – Does Harry Have Good Reputation?

Prince Harry is not down with the Mail on Sunday writing that he lied about offering to pay for the security costs himself. What’s his wife Meghan Markle’s nickname—right, Princess Pinocchio. Gotcha. So Harry would never, ever, ever, lie, would he?

According to Hollywood Harry, those articles, “manipulate and confuse public opinion,” against him.

Royal Family News – Harry Like To Partake In Legal Actions

How could a third party possibly confuse public opinion better than Harry himself? Glad you asked. “In the lawsuit, Harry explains that the misleading reports are damaging because they ‘constitute an attack on his honesty and integrity and undermine his fitness to be involved both in charitable and philanthropic work in general, and in efforts to tackle online misinformation in particular.’”

Harry and Meghan have a record of this type of lashing out. Last February Meghan won a lawsuit against Associate Newspapers after they published bits of a letter written to her estranged father, Thomas Markle.

Meghan wrote in a statement following the ruling: “I am grateful to the courts for holding Associated Newspapers and the Mail on Sunday to account for their illegal and dehumanizing practice.”

She went on to say: “These tactics (and those of their sister publications MailOnline and the Daily Mail) are not new; in fact, they’ve been going on for far too long without consequence.”
