British royal family news divulges that Prince Harry, Duke of Sussex has it all wrong about his family. According to one royal author, Prince William doesn’t feel trapped in the monarchy and in fact is modeling himself on Queen Elizabeth.

Penny Junor wrote Prince William: The Man Who Will Be King and like many detractors of the trash talker, she has been critical of Hollywood Harry after he claimed his brother and his father, Prince Charles, are “trapped” in his astonishing interview with Oprah Winfrey in March.

The author denied that William feels trapped and told The Sun, “I think he absolutely gets what his destiny is and he is embracing it. He is modeling himself on his grandmother the Queen.”

During the mudfest interview with Oprah, Harry told her, “I myself was trapped. I didn’t see a way out. I was trapped but I didn’t know I was trapped. Trapped within the system, like the rest of my family are.”
He continued to explain himself by saying, “My father and my brother, they are trapped. They don’t get to leave.”

Royal Family News – Prince Harry Felt Trapped

Prince Charles is the Queen’s son and he is next in line to the throne and William is second in the line of succession followed by William’s son Prince George, followed by his daughter Princess Charlotte and then his second son, Prince Louis.

Prince Harry is way down the line and really has no chance at being king—perhaps this is a case of sour grapes on his part?

Harry was third in line to the throne before the birth of his brother’s children and he now lags behind as the sixth in line.

Royal Family News – Did Prince Harry Really Want The Throne?

Oprah and Harry followed up their ratings smash with a second moneymaker, this time for AppleTV+. In it, they kept up the trashing of Harry’s family, with Harry dropping what he calls “truth bombs.”

And yet Harry seems to be barking up the wrong tree. A source close to the royal family claimed that William does not see himself as trapped and suggested that Harry’s claims are, “way off the mark.”

“He is very much his grandmother’s grandson in that respect of duty and service,” the source told the Sunday Times.

Following Harry’s incessant efforts to destroy the monarchy, royal expert Lady Colin Campbell has launched a petition for Prince Harry’s royal titles to be suspended.

She told the Daily Star, “I started it because I think it’s the right thing to do. I have spoken to people, many people, who think it’s the right thing to do and it is the solution.”

Over 20,000 people have signed the petition so far.
