British royal family news shows that one royal expert has likened Hollywood Harry to a volcano—he erupts, goes dormant, explodes again, etc., etc. So what phase of spewing is Harry in now? According to royal watcher Katie Nicholl, after a recent period of “lashing out” at his family, Harry is in the latent phase, “pausing and reflecting at the moment,” according to The Mirror.

Nicholl thinks that Prince Harry, “doesn’t want to cause any more upset,” and is, “laying low for now.” In 2020 Harry and wife Meghan Markle moved on from the royal family, claiming that they were financially stunted and needed freedom to make a buck. They settled down in Montecito, California and have done exactly what they said they would—they’ve accrued bucks, but not necessarily earned them, there’s a difference. Just ask Spotify and Netflix who have had to advertise for outsiders to work on the projects Harry and Meghan have not made good on after signing epic contracts.

Royal Family News – Will Prince Harry Visit His Grandma?

After ditching the monarchy, Harry and Meghan spewed verbal vomit about his family to Oprah Winfrey. After a period of dormancy Harry erupted on a Dax Shepherd podcast, went dormant, erupted to Oprah Winfrey twice more, you get the picture.

Last March Harry threw his dad Prince Charles under the bus saying he cut off his allowance, and most recently has threatened savage legal action against his grandma Queen Elizabeth. That was last week, this week he’s dormant.

Nicholl thinks that the brutal backlash Harry got for his latest tirade has sobered him up a bit, given that the queen’s Platinum Jubilee is coming up, and maybe Harry doesn’t want to be seen as a party pooper.

She told Closer magazine, “Whether Harry has regrets or not, I don’t know, but what I do know is that he has a history of lashing out at the establishment before. He’s talked about his “accident of birth” and the “burden of the crown.”

Royal Family News – Prince Harry Called Himself An Accident

She added, “He’s been critical in the past, but then goes quiet. I think since last year he’s paused and reflected. And he’s realized how much last year took a toll on his grandmother, and doesn’t want to cause any more upset, so is laying low for now.” Last year the queen lost her husband of 73 years, Prince Philip, and had to contend with her son Prince Andrew’s sexual abuse lawsuit.

It’s nice to think that Harry has grown a conscience. But the fairy tale narrative around his volcanic personality says otherwise.
