British royal family news reveals that much is being made about Prince Harry skipping out on his friend Jack Mann’s recent high-profile wedding. Some background: it’s been reported that Mann was the real best man at Harry’s wedding to Meghan Markle, and not his brother, Prince William.

Royal Family News: Harry Lost?
OK! reported that “the day of Harry’s wedding the princes put on happy faces and William acted as his sibling’s best man. However, many believe that (Jack) was really his choice for best man behind-the-scenes. So it didn’t go noticed when Harry was absent for Mann’s recent nuptials.”
Harry and Meghan married on May 19, 2018 at St. George’s Chapel and at the time it was reported that Meghan essentially wanted to Febreeze the place because she didn’t get that centuries-old buildings have a certain fragrance—it’s called history.
The outlet also noted that Harry’s friend appeared in the “band of brothers” photo from the after party, which features Harry, Jack, several other friends, but not William.

Royal Family News: William Excluded From Famous Photo
So the failure of Harry to attend the wedding of one of his closest friends has tongues wagging.
The Mirror commented on the closeness that Jack and Harry had, meeting first at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, then playing polo together. They both served in the British Army and saw action in Iraq and Afghanistan. Later “Mann worked in Libya and … went on to create his own security company.”
Although Harry was not present at the July 1 event to see his pal marry Isabella Clark at St. Peter’s church in Suffolk, England, others in the “band of brothers” photo were there including Thomas van Straubenzee.

Angela Levin wrote a definitive bio of Harry long before Meghan’s soul mate Omid Scobie wrote their saccharine bio Finding Freedom. She has spent time with Harry and now sees the duke as “withdrawn.” According to her, being in America and away from his old friends and life have got to have him feeling as if he’s in “no man’s land.”
She added, “I just think that he’s withdrawn from them all. I think he’s got too much in his mind about the court case and I think Meghan. I think he just feels he’s in no man’s land and he just doesn’t want to see people. And if he does see them, he’s full of moans and they don’t necessarily want to see him.”
