British royal family news divulges that mouthy Prince Harry’s memoir, titled Spare, drops Tuesday, January 10. He gushed about his privileged life to 60 Minutes’ Anderson Cooper in an interview airing on Sunday, January 8 and it is full of self-pity.

According to sources, “At the heart of this book lies a sibling rivalry between little brother and big brother. It will reveal Harry’s bitterness and feelings of unfairness that by the nature of hierarchy and birthright that he always played second fiddle to older William.”

If all this sounds like the whining of a nearly 40-year old man who lives a gilded 1% life it’s because that is exactly what it is. Harry and Meghan Markle deserted the monarchy for a better life and by all accounts, they got it. Netflix and Spotify rushed to throw millions at them, they live in a mansion on the hill, and they have two beautiful kids.

And yet the couple cannot let go of their need to complain about his family. It is expected that the memoir will more of the same, and royal watchers are warning that the old record is getting worn out.

But as one insider reveals, that while the monarchy has always had detractors, it is now one of their own trying to take it down. One insider stated, “Harry and William were meant to stick together and support each other. Their mother, Diana, always warned them they must never fall out because they would need one another. It is very sad it’s reached this stage.”

In a new trailer for an interview with his friend, Tom Bradby, Harry complains of his family, “They’ve shown absolutely no willingness to reconcile.”

And, in a gobsmacking preview of an interview with CBS’s Anderson Cooper, drama queen Harry claims that he tried to keep Megxit under the radar. According to Rolling Stone, in response, “The Firm would spin headlines to paint him and Meghan Markle in a negative light.” The 60 Minutes interview airs Sunday, January 8.

OK! has reported that the bombshell memoir will address his (still ongoing) childhood, mental health struggles, his issues with royal life and more. The problem is that he has narrated this same script for two years running. He’s given the milk away for free to Oprah, Gayle, and anyone else who indulges him. Who is going to buy a ghost-written memoir full of tired rants from a man-child who expected his dad to support the family Harry spawned? The countdown to Spare has begun, and there appear to be more yawns than cheers.
