Royal Family News: Prince Harry Pays Tribute To Diana, Snubs Stepmother Camilla

British royal family news shows that Prince Harry has made a promise to continue the late Princess Diana’s work to fight HIV. He made the announcement from his comfy LA mansion in a video with rugby star Gareth Thomas.

He failed to mention the epic announcement that his stepmother Camilla will Queen and he failed to address the fact that his father has covid for a second time. Harry spoke days after the announcement that Camilla will be crowned Queen Consort when Prince Charles becomes King. Queen Elizabeth made the announcement as a part of her Platinum Jubilee statement. Harry has not said a word about either recent development but instead focused on himself and what he is doing to fight HIV.

This is National HIV Testing Week and Harry said in the interview with ex-Wales captain Thomas that Britons should be tested for the illness. Harry described himself as “a typical guy” who just wants to “fix things.

Royal Family News – Is Harry Typical?

He added that he has an obligation, “to try to continue his late mother’s bid to remove stigma surrounding the virus. Mr Thomas revealed he was HIV positive in 2020, having gone through the ‘petrifying’ ordeal of diagnosed in secret,” according to the Daily Mail.

In the video call Harry said, of Diana, “I could never fill her shoes, especially in this particular space, but because of what she did and what she stood for and how vocal she was about this issue… it’s a converging of all these different pieces.”

Showing how much of a typical guy he is, Harry and Thomas greeted each other by saying, “Hello bud.”

Thomas asked why Harry is for advocating HIV awareness and Harry said, “Once you get to meet people and you see the suffering around the world, I certainly can’t turn my back on that. Then add in the fact that my mum’s work was unfinished, I feel obligated to try and continue that as much as possible.”
