Royal Family News – Prince Harry Speaks His Own Language
Prince Harry told viewers that he supports Peak State: “Peak State is striving to build a global community that understands the importance of mental fitness and feels empowered to attain it.”
The video features “everyday” people (is commoners really that offensive of a word, Harry?) doing whatever it is that they do as Harry intone in a voiceover: “Peak State aims to help people take a proactive approach to the good management of good mental health.”
What exactly is Peak State? It is a new social enterprise set up by two Invictus Games medalists, David Wiseman and Nathan Jones. Both sustained injuries while with the British military.

The new group claims to encourage people, “to adopt mental fitness tools and techniques that were formerly considered purely for professional athletes and top executives.”
Peak State co-founder David Wiseman tweeted this after Harry’s intro: “Soon, everyone will consider their mental fitness in the same way as physical fitness – something to work on regularly in order to unlock potential & maximize performance, as opposed to only being considered when something isn’t quite right.”

Apple reported that the show was a rating star, bringing a 25 percent rise in new viewers to the platform and a more than 40 percent increase in average weekend viewership in the UK alone last week.
This Friday’s follow-up is described on the Archewell website as a point in time when Harry and the rest, “go deeper into their own stories,” and begin to answer the question, “Where do we go from here?”
Royal experts criticized Harry over the program, with Angela Levin saying, “he should back away from being a woke lecturing celebrity,” and Camilla Tominey ripping his, “smug, self-pitying and at times, spiteful rhetoric.” Expect more of the same in the town hall follow-up.
