He is referring to Prince Harry’s stated wish to regain his role as Captain-General of the Marines. He left it behind when he and wife Meghan Markle ditched the country and his family so that they could make a fortune in the states. This prestigious post has sat empty since then.
Harry served two tours of duty in Afghanistan alongside the Marines.

The terms of Megxit will be reviewed at the one-year mark and the queen will have the final say as to how things shake out. Harry has made it known he wants to resume his ceremonial duties in 2021 but the queen will make that happen at the risk of alienating some might powerful people.
Megxit Is Due For A 12-Month Review In 2021
Harry was given the role in question by the Queen in 2017 and he succeeded his grandfather Prince Philip in the illustrious position. Prince Philip had maintained the role for 64 years and was incredibly proud that his grandson took it over from him.
But that was then and this is now. Can Harry rule the roost from his mega million-dollar mansion in Montecito, California? The world will soon find out.
