Last month he threatened legal action against the BBC because they reported on the birth of his second child.

His daughter, named Lilibet Diana Mountbatten-Windsor, was born in early June and Harry used that occasion not just to huff and puff about his so-called private life, but also to issue a demand to his estranged family.
What did Harry demand that has put his grandmother Queen Elizabeth in an awkward position? According to royal experts, the Fresh Prince of Montecito Harry has made it known he wants his daughter baptized at Windsor Castle, with his grandmother present. It may sound like a pretty normal request but not apparently when it comes to the queen.

Royal Family News – Prince Harry Threatened The BBC
Normally such a familial request would be charming but to date Harry has appeared neither normal nor charming. Why would he demand such a thing after fleeing the monarchy and trashing his family in the process?
It’s one of many bizarre instances Prince Harry has been collecting likes walnuts in a wicker basket. According to royal experts, Harry’s strange request for the Queen to be at Lilibet’s christening is “unreasonable” and he most likely knows it.
Why? The Daily Mail reports that Harry’s public request puts Her Majesty in a “difficult position” one which royal expert Angela Levin explained to TalkRadio TV. It’s because Harry’s grandmother, “can’t say that she is not free for years. She didn’t go to Louis’ (baptism), the third child of Prince William and Kate [Middleton]. So it’s not a spiteful thing.”
Levin added that the queen isn’t at each and every family function because, “they’re not close enough to the Crown.” Lilibet is eighth in line to the throne.

Royal Family News – Will Queen Elizabeth Oblige Harry?
Royal watcher Russell Myers told Today that it would be, “definitely awkward,” to have the christening at Windsor Castle because, “tensions are still running very high within the family.”
“Meghan [Markle] isn’t flavor of the month with the family. Certainly, the [royals] have always said they will be much-loved members of the family … we’re still talking about the fallout of the Oprah Winfrey interview.”
