Royal Family News: Prince William And Kate Middleton Dealing With Stress And Anxiety Per Expert

Royal Family news reveals that Prince William and his wife Kate Middleton are dealing with “stress and anxiety” as they settle into their new roles and new home. Read on and we’ll give you the low down.

Royal Family News – New Home, New School

Royal Family news reveals that, according to Marie Claire, the newly minted Prince and Princess of Wales are going through a stressful period. The royal couple and their youngsters, Prince George, 9, Princess Charlotte, 7, and Prince Louis, 4, recently relocated from their Kensington Palace apartment to Adelaide Cottage at Windsor (via NBC).

The Wales children also had to start a new school nearby at Lambrook. Unfortunately, not long after the little ones started their new school, their great-grandmother Queen Elizabeth II passed away (per BBC). Now Prince William’s family is learning to adapt to a life without the late Queen as their neighbor as they originally intended it to be and, according to royal expert Katie Nicholl, it’s proving to be difficult.

Prince William’s New Life – Not What He Hoped For

According to OK!, TalkTV’s Royal Tea host Sarah Hewson said to Nichol, “Katie, you said this week she has been under pressure, she has been stressed of late and that William and Kate have not had the settling-in period they might have been hoping for of their new life.”

Nicholl responded, “Absolutely,” adding, “they’ve said that themselves – that it hasn’t been the settling-in period they had hoped for.

“Of course, they made that big move just after the summer holidays to move to Windsor. A significant and pretty bold move leaving Kensington Palace, enrolling the children in new schools, setting up a new life for themselves in Windsor.

“Of course, no one could have expected that the Queen would have died just at the start of all of that. Very, very difficult times. I think behind the scenes there is a fair bit of stress and anxiety for all of the family.”

Everything Has Changed For Prince William

According to the New York Times, Prince William, as the new heir apparent, has moved into the spotlight. Historians and royal watchers alike are looking to the new Prince and Princess of Wales as the long-term future of the British Monarchy.

Of course, as royal fans can attest, William has been a hit since birth as the firstborn of Prince Charles and the People’s Princess, Diana. He has lived in the public eye since he took his first steps. But now, with the Queen’s death last month, he’s now the heir to the British throne and everything has changed.
