British Royal News suggests that Prince William might be keeping tabs on what his brother Prince Harry is doing in California. That’s because a lot of critics can’t help but point out the timing of Prince William picking up polo again and just a few weeks after his brother did the same thing. Here’s what you need to know.

Prince William Was Not Pleased When His Brother Formed A Polo Team

Apparently, the Duke of Cambridge must have felt an itch of jealousy when he saw his brother Harry form a polo team with his friend Nacho Figueras called Los Padres in Santa Barbara. The team’s ticket sales are benefiting charity while Harry gets to participate in a sport that he grew up playing. And now it looks like William is about to do the same as the Daily Express reports, “The Duke of Cambridge is to return to the pitch as a polo player for a charity match. Prince William will take part in the Out-Sourcing Inc. Royal Charity Polo Cup 2022 at Guards Polo Club on July 6.”

Of course, it didn’t take very long for both fans and critics to weigh in on the matter. Many of them took to social media to write, “William and Kate are basically telegraphing how envious they are of the life the Sussexes have in California. The Keens are evening mimicking the Sussexes private citizen model of low visibility outside of special events. How do the Keens get away with so few appearances while on the public dime?” along with, “There was some talk before Harry and Meghan left that William and Harry were giving up polo and going to do different ventures to raise money for charity. But I now suspect that was William’s idea alone and he leaked it to the press.”

Another critic put it this way, “This is truly weird and it’s still not going to him attention, lol. Sometimes I wonder if the media or people around William are trolling him because Kate and Williams cosplay of the Sussexes hasn’t or won’t help them. No one cares at all. No wonder they’re bitter and the tabloids seem to be enjoying this because it fuels jealously and envy among the family. He and his wife need to move on from this because it’s not working. Carbon Copy’s never win because it’s not genuine. If it did, the BM and world still wouldn’t be obsessing over the Sussexes still. No need for intimation when the authentic is right there.”
