British royal family news divulges that Prince William could be the most relatable Brit King (future) ever. Already he and wife Kate have captured the hearts and minds of the nation with their wholesome, non-complaining ways as they navigate the tricky ways of public life. With three adorable kids they are a picture perfect family—as their annual Christmas pics attest to!
Now the Prince of Wales is spilling deets about his diet and it all has to do with trying to keep up with his children Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis.
Royal Family News – William The Duke Of Cornwall
William made the humorous admission during an official visit to Cornwall yesterday. He found himself at Newquay Orchard where he was asked to share what he typically eats for breakfast. Hmm, a little TMI?
Good egg (pun intended) William complied and wrote on, “a nutrition sheet that he eats two eggs and wholemeal toast with butter,” in the morning.
Later he told nutritionist Monique Hyland he had a “rubbish” sandwich for lunch but got back on track with a fish dinner. What is a rubbish sandwich? William didn’t elaborate but he did describe it as a, “slightly manky looking sandwich.”

He also shared how he manages to keep up with three lively kids as well as a full schedule of public events. Is coffee William’s secret, as it is for so many? It’s not coffee but tea that keep the young prince going!
William spilled that he, “has three cups of tea each day because the kids can keep him up and he needs more cups of tea to keep him going.” According to the Daily Mail, his remarks came, “during a visit to the Newquay Orchard, which offers environmental education, employability training and community events.”
Royal Family News – William Stays Fit and Healthy
In addition to two eggs and wholemeal toast with butter in the morning, “He wrote on a nutrition sheet that he had enjoyed apple juice and a cup of tea with milk and sugar alongside it.” According to William he is also, “trying to cut down on the sugar.” Good luck with that now that the holidays are upon us!
Royal Family News: William And Kate Have Three Children
While on the visit William met staff, volunteers, and young people associated with the project founded eight years ago on land owned by the Duchess of Cornwall. Each week over 120 volunteers are put to work in the orchard and in a community cafe that the fresh produce. Maybe William took home a box of fresh fruit to make up for that manky sandwich?
