The tv-personality said on the CBS This Morning show that she called the royal couple, “to see how they were feeling,” after the damaging interview aired.

Now a new Channel 5 documentary titled Charles & Harry: Father & Son Divided reveals that many royal experts are weighing in on Harry’s loose lips and the damage they have done.

Emily Andrews is the royal editor of Mail on Sunday and she told the documentary, “After the interview, Gayle King, who is a close friend of Harry and Meghan, she said on her Morning Show that Harry’s spoken to his father and brother after the interview, quoted ‘the talk has been unproductive.’”

“Which I think only, really, fueled the fire. William and Charles thought whatever I say to him, we now have to be very careful because we can’t trust him to keep it private.”

Prince Harry is Not Trusted By His Own Family

Former royal butler Grant Harrold noted, “It could be damaging, that interview overnight, could have changed the public’s opinion of the family.”

And Harry’s biographer Angela Levin claimed that the thirsty pair, “couldn’t come back,” after revealing their bitterness and family laundry in the tell-all interview.

She said, “Harry knows very well that his grandmother is nearly 95 years old and his father, who has followed in her footsteps, believed in the motto ‘never complain, never explain.'”
