British Royal News: Here’s Why Princess Diana Would Not Have Gotten Along With Meghan Markle
If Princess Diana were still alive, the monarchy would certainly look different, despite the fact that she and Prince Charles had separated several years before her death. Despite the circumstances and the many challenges they faced, both Prince William and Prince Harry have grown up to be men that Princess Diana would most definitely have been proud of.
And while Prince William has been married to Kate Middleton for many years now, it’s Prince Harry’s marriage to Meghan Markle that has a lot of royal critics wondering out loud: would Princess Diana have approved? And better yet, would she have gotten along with Meghan Markle?
While no one knows the real answer to that question, one thing remains certain: the Princess of Wales and the Duchess of Sussex certainly share a lot of the same qualities. Both women like to push the envelope. Both women are rule breakers. Both women love the spotlight, but of course in different ways: even though Princess Diana was oftentimes regarded as the most photographed woman in the world, many would say that Meghan Markle pushes her private agenda like no royal ever did before.

Even royal observers and historians know that Princess Diana would have done everything she could to have made Meghan Markle feel a part of her family. After all, family meant everything for the princess. But as far as whether or not the two women would have gotten along personally and privately remains uncertain.
That’s because the two women are so alike in personality, nature, and drive, then either Princess Diana would have seen Meghan as a mirror reflection of herself or as, regrettably, something less. Do you agree?

As much as I didn’t care for Diana, she would never have done anything to disrespect the Queen, she would never have deserted her family and her country for money and tracked them through the muck like her slave boy Harry and his mistress markle the wannabe California asshole diva
It is an insult to Princess Diana to make such a comparison!!!!! Stop it immediately!!!!!
It feels disrespectful to try to guess what Diana might think. Diana did a lot of good work, there is no denying, she was a trail blazer for difficult issues such as aids and landmines. Although some of her actions were also attention seeking, they needed public awareness and she came across as kind and caring. Harry sadly is coming across as more manipulated than truely caring and Megan is coming across as ambitious and manipulative rather than genuinely caring. I am not saying they don't care about their causes but let's face it, these causes would be better off with the support of someone like Michelle Obama rather than their current circus show. If I were Harry and Megan I would do these charities a favour and support in private, in the background and let the charities take centre stage. One thing I believe is for sure, like any mother I think Diana would be concerned about the path Harry is currently on and she would mostly likely be concerned her once close sons now appear to be estranged. If she thought Megan might be the cause of some of this situation then like any mother she might not be happy with Harry's wife. I don't day this to be spiteful or disrespectful, I am just telling it as I see it.
