Royal Family News: Queen Elizabeth Finally Met Baby Lilibet

British royal family news divulges that the meeting of the Lilibet Society has finally happened. According to Entertainment Tonight, Queen “Lilibet” Elizabeth II and her great-granddaughter Lilibet “Lili” have officially met, reports. A source told the outlet that the much-anticipated, and very private, meeting between Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s daughter Lili and the Queen occurred Thursday after Trooping the Colour. Lili’s big brother Archie, 3, also saw see the Queen again.

Royal Family News – The Lilibets Finally Met

Much had been made of Lili’s parents coming to the Platinum Jubilee in order to introduce their daughter, who was born in the US on June 4, 2021. They attended the Queen’s birthday parade but were forbidden from being a part of the carriage procession and banned from being on the balcony to watch the flypast with the Queen.

They were demoted to watching the parade from the Major General’s Office with “minor” royal family members and a gaggle of kids. In now infamous photographs, both Meghan and Harry are shown telling other parents’ children to be quiet. At least one royal watcher noticed that Meghan “thrust” herself into the window so that the cameras would pick her up and beam her out.

Royal Family News- The Markle’s Have Been Demoted

To date Meghan and Harry have kept their children from view while they parade themselves around. This morning they attended the national Service of Thanksgiving with the royal family, and once again were seated away from the real royals. As they exited the church they were booed, and subsequently failed to show up at a luncheon attended by the rest of the family. Instead they hightailed it back to Frogmore Cottage, the marital home they rejected two years ago as beneath them. How things change.

Tomorrow is Lili’s first birthday and Entertainment Tonight reports, “that the Queen is expected to see Lili again then to celebrate that milestone. It’s unclear whether a photograph of Lili and the Queen’s meeting will be released. Meghan and Harry have made a point to protect their children’s privacy and keep them out of the photographer’s lens.”

After Lili’s birth the couple gave a convoluted explanation as to how and why they named her Lili: “Lili is named after her great-grandmother, Her Majesty The Queen, whose family nickname is Lilibet. Her middle name, Diana, was chosen to honor her beloved late grandmother, The Princess of Wales.”

The “honor” was met with scorn however as Harry and Megs have done nothing but drag his family since Megxit.
