Sadly, Philip died three months later at the age of 99. He was to have had a large 100th birthday celebration in his honor but next month the family will hold a remembrance ceremony for the Duke of Edinburgh.

Royal Family News – The Platinum Jubilee Marks 70 Years
Prince Charles tested positive for Covid-19 10 days ago and his wife, Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, announced on Monday that she tested positive. It is thought that the queen was exposed to Charles two days before it was announced that he had the virus.
Charles tested positive for coronavirus in March 2020 as the pandemic first roiled the globe. At the time he was quoted as saying he’d, “got away with it quite lightly.” It was reported but officially unconfirmed that Prince William also tested positive for Covid-19 in 2020.
The Queen’s diagnosis comes just days after she completed her first in-person engagement since returning to Windsor from Sandringham where she marked the 70th anniversary of her accession to the throne and the untimely death of her father, King George VI.
