According to a royal source, “the Queen is experiencing a bout of screen fatigue. To liven things up, her royal aides have put together a lively, but rather busy-looking schedule,” reports 9Honey.
The monarch had plenty of teleconference calls during the pandemic and now it seems she is more than ready to get out and about and greet her fans in person.

“The Queen had an incredibly busy May, June and July, with a real determination to get back, and this is continuing after the summer,” a source told The Telegraph. “There’s a real appetite for it to be business as usual as much as possible.”
In April the Queen lost her husband of 73 years. Prince Philip died at Windsor Castle at the age of 99, with his loved ones by his side.
In autumn of 2018, the Queen had just two engagements in October, in addition to attending the wedding of her granddaughter Princess Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank.

Next week the 95-year-old monarch will get back to work following her yearly summer vacation at her Scottish estate, Balmoral. This summer she was visited by multiple members of her family, including Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson and Prince William, Kate Middleton and their children.
The work session begins with Her Majesty attending the opening ceremony of the Sixth Session of the Scottish Parliament with the Prince of Wales and on October 12, she will attend a Westminster Abbey service of thanksgiving to mark the centenary of the Royal British Legion, and this event will followed up with a reception for the COP-26 summit in Scotland.

Next year the Queen will celebrate 70 years on the throne with a grand Platinum Jubilee. There will be parades, horse shows and fireworks and perhaps best of all, the UK will commemorate her accomplishment with an additional bank holiday from June 2 to June 5, 2022.
