The monarch turned 95 on Wednesday and despite Harry being there for the funeral, he left his grandmother hanging so that he could have lunch on her birthday back in Hollywood with a power-play who he no doubt thinks will benefit him more than the queen needs support.

Reports surfaced this week that Harry was seen having a secret lunch date with Wallis Annenberg on the queen’s birthday.

Harry managed to make it to the U.K. for the funeral, but his wife Meghan Markle did not. They both trashed his family in the tv cryfest and reportedly pregnant Meghan was told by, “her physician not to travel.”

After Meghan and Prince Harry’s disturbing interview with Oprah Winfrey, the reported tension ratcheted up further between disgruntled Harry and his family.

When William was asked if he had spoken to Harry after the Oprah interview, he said, “No, I haven’t spoken to him yet, but I will do.”

Oprah’s pal Gayle King was later told by Harry that he spoke with William and Charles last month. “The word I was given was that those conversations were not productive,” she gushed, “But they are glad that they have at least started a conversation.” Harry has so many leaks it’s a wonder he hasn’t completely capsized.

The Queen later responded to the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s salacious interview in a statement, saying, “The whole family is saddened to learn the full extent of how challenging the last few years have been for Harry and Meghan.”

“While some recollections may vary, they are taken very seriously and will be addressed by the family privately. Harry, Meghan, and Archie will always be much-loved family members.”
