Royal Family News: Queen Elizabeth Upset With Prince William and Kate Middleton’s Defiance

British royal family news teases that one young royal couple could be in for a stern lecture from the queen, for disobeying orders. Nope, it’s not who you think it is, it is none other than Prince William and Kate Middleton. What in the world did they do to displease Her Majesty? Keep reading to find out.
Royal Family News: What Did The Cambridge’s Do Wrong?
Unlike Harry and Meghan, Kate and William are almost never on the royal naughty list. But they have been caught out using the royal helicopter to travel from their Anmer Hall estate to their London residence. Apparently, the queen does not think helicopters all that safe, and she especially does not want, “direct heirs to the throne traveling together,” according to Cosmopolitan.
But the Cambridges were recently seen boarding a helicopter, with their kids, despite the queen making her wishes known. Ruh roh. One royal expert spills that the queen is not happy that the fam defied her!
Did Prince William Defy The Queen?
According to royal expert Neil Sean, via The Express, the queen was not only peeved, she plans to “summon” the married couple to have a chat about their, “ongoing helicopter use.”
Sean reports, “It looks like Prince William and Catherine have defied orders from the Queen. This week they were seen boarding a helicopter in the back area of Kensington Palace as they enjoy a short holiday. This left the Queen concerned.”
“It is a royal protocol for people to travel in separate aircraft for very obvious safety reasons the Queen spoke rather firmly to William about this. But on this occasion, perhaps it slipped his mind.”
Prince William is a Trained Pilot
Is the queen being too rigid about this rule? After all, William is a trained helicopter pilot who flew medical rescue missions while in the military.
Sean’s news comes on the heels of royal expert Richard Palmer telling The Express much the same thing about the queen’s discomfort with helicopter travel. He said, “the Queen felt, certainty let it be known, that she felt uncomfortable about the entire family traveling by helicopter. “

He added that, “there was a little bit of official unhappiness about the amount of time that the Cambridges were spending traveling between Anmer Hall in Norfolk and Kensington Palace, their London residence, using helicopters.”

I think the Queen has a valid concern for the Cambridge’s travel habits. Since they are in the direct line of succession, they should be more careful to keep their children separate and safe should the unexpected happen. They should be mindful of their safety issues for the future of the Monarchy. After all, Princess Diana suffered a fatal var crash in the prime of her life.
