Queen Elizabeth British Royal news reveals while there are still several months to go before President Joe Biden’s much-anticipated visit with Queen Elizabeth, a lot of royal commentators, experts and critics are all warning the new POTUS one thing, and that’s not to make the same mistakes that former President Donald Trump made when he first met the Queen several years ago. Here’s what you need to know.

According to Britain’s Express.co.uk, royal commentator Natalie Oliveri recently spoke about President Biden’s upcoming meeting with the Queen. She will welcome President Biden and his wife, Dr. Jill Biden, to Buckingham Palace when Britain hosts the G7 summit in June. The Queen will be joined by Prince Charles and his wife Camilla Parker Bowles along with Prince William and Kate Middleton. It’s not known if Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will make the trip from California to London for the special occasion.

With that said, Olivieri is hoping Biden won’t make the same ‘faux paus’ that Trump made when he last saw the Queen. She put it this way, “Joe Biden is expected to travel to the UK in June for the G7 Summit. The Queen is said to be hosting the US President at Buckingham Palace along with the Prince of Wales, the Duchess of Cornwall and also Prince William and Kate. The last US presidential visit was, of course, Donald Trump in 2019. He made a major faux pas by walking in front of the Queen.”

She continued, “You always have to stay behind the Queen. But I don’t think we’ll be seeing any faux pas from Joe Biden. This is set to be quite a big event because of the coronavirus lockdown. It will be nice to see the Queen out and about again if this does happen.”

So far Buckingham Palace has not made any comments about the Queen’s upcoming meeting with the President, but there’s a chance that more details will be released closer to the date of Biden’s trip to London.
