British Royal family news says that Queen Elizabeth’s official cause of death has been revealed. As many royal fans can recall, the monarch passed away on September 8th. Here’s what you need to know.

According to reports, and this shouldn’t really surprise anyone, but Queen Elizabeth died of old age. She was 96. Page Six says that the National Records of Scotland released the late sovereign’s death certificate on Monday. The queen’s daughter Princess Anne was listed as the informant of her death. It also said that she died at 3:10 on September 8th.
Queen Elizabeth died at Balmoral Castle in Scotland after doctors said they had become concerned about her health on Thursday. In a statement, Buckingham Palace said: “The Queen died peacefully at Balmoral this afternoon. The King and the Queen Consort will remain at Balmoral this evening and will return to London tomorrow.”
Charles immediately became King upon the death of his mother, Queen Elizabeth II.

Elizabeth Alexandra Mary Windsor is also survived by her other children, Princess Anne, Prince Andrew and Prince Edward, and their spouses. Prince William, next in line to the throne, and Prince Harry are among her eight grandchildren. She has a dozen great-grandchildren.
It was reported earlier in the month that despite the circumstances, Queen Elizabeth’s death did bring Prince William and Prince Harry together, if not temporarily.
Royal journalist Chris Ship of ITV news was one of the first to share a photo of the two royal couples walking side by side as they greeted the crowds outside the gates of Windsor Castle. He even wrote, “In death, the Queen might have been able to bring William and Harry together.”
Ship later wrote, “The new Prince of Wales, William, asked his brother and sister-in-law, Harry and Meghan to join him and the Princess of Wales to meet the crowds of mourners on the Long Walk tonight. Sounds like a huge olive branch.”
