Royal Family News – Her Majesty Died September 8
The National Records of Scotland published the death certificate today, three weeks following her passing. The document reveals that the Queen died of, “old age,” the same cause of death given for her 99-year old husband Prince Philip. He died last April and the couple had been married for 73 years. This June Her Majesty celebrated 70 years as the head of state.
Royal Family News – Her Majesty Died Peacefully
The certificate lists the regent’s occupation as “Her Majesty The Queen.” The timeline also confirms that the majority of the Queen’s children and grandchildren were unable to reach her before her passing which was described as “peaceful.”
At 2.39pm Prince William, Prince Andrew, Prince Edward and his wife, Sophie Countess of Wessex, left for Balmoral and landed an hour later. They were in the air when the Queen passed.
As is now known, Prince Harry was not on the plane because he reportedly was arguing with his father. Instead of getting on the plane with the rest of the worried family, Harry allegedly chose to sit on the ground to continue the row and then, “had to make his own journey to Scotland on a jet from Luton, taking off after his grandmother had died. He landed in Aberdeen at 6.46pm, 16 minutes after the Palace made its announcement, and then arrived at Balmoral at 7.52pm, almost five hours after she died.”
Royal Family News – Why Did Harry Resist?
It appears to be yet another example of Harry cutting his nose to spite his face. Later it appears that Harry tried to claim that he was not told of the death, but in an emphatic move, “a spokesman for the King stressed recently: ‘The public was only informed after every family member had been informed.’”
Let’s hope that Harry’s bombshell memoir is as “wholly accurate and truthful” as he promises it to be. His version of events don’t always seem to jibe with reality, do they?
