According to royal watcher Roya Nikkhah, the Queen rejected Harry and Meghan’s request to live large in the castle.

The denied request was allegedly made by the pair, who ended up abandoning the monarchy, in 2018. That was the year that the so-called Duke and Duchess of Sussex married and were destined to live in, then dump, Frogmore Cottage. They left in 2020 for greener pastures in America, brazenly declaring that they coveted “financial freedom” more than family.

Royal Family News – What Did The Queen Deny Meghan And Harry?

According to the royal expert, the Queen nixed Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s request to live in Windsor Castle. According to the report, they were dissatisfied with Frogmore Cottage and needed a bigger place.

Nikkhah claims, “The couple are understood to have set their hearts at first on Windsor Castle, and are believed to have asked the Queen if living quarters could be made available after their marriage.”

Why would the queen have turned down the request? Royal expert Hugo Vickers told the Express that the inquiry may not have been, “entirely appropriate.”

He said, “There are empty bedrooms and suites in the private apartments within Windsor Castle which the Sussexes may have had their eye on, or perhaps some former living quarters in the castle grounds converted into other things. But I can see how it might not be entirely appropriate to have a young family living there.”

Whatever the reason the queen had, it might have made little impact on their decision to flee the country. After their lavish, taxpayer funded wedding, Prince Harry and Meghan demanded millions of dollars worth of renovations to Frogmore Cottage. Once the work was done they deemed it unsuitable and dumped the monarchy altogether. The taxpayers demanded that Harry pay for the discarded residence and in the end it is thought that he told his cousin Princess Eugenie she could move in. Which begs the question, is the place suitable for humans, or not? For now the question is moot as Princess Eugenie, her husband Jack Brooksbank and their baby son August live there.

      Its a mute subject because grandma said no and the moved to Hollywood. I did watch an interview with an ex royal Police service man who now runs a company from his office's in Mayfair London UK. He employes ex royal police guards and provides services now to celebrities and people like Harry in the UK. So I don't know what Harry's issue is he could employ this companies services which are former royal security…so tell me again whats Harry's issue if such services are available. I would have thought a private company such as this would be albe to better focus on their clients than a busy UK police force! Seems this couple just want another lawsuit to hurt and damage the Queen and country. With all this behavior Harry is just making his position in line to the throne unwanted, because seriously what country would want such a person as their King. I think most people in the UK would rather just have parliament and a prime minister than Harry as king.

      I’ve said this before they both need to grow up and since they’re in Ca, wonder if they’ll both have regular jobs to pay for their lavish lifestyle !
