Darby was interviewed by his fellow NZ’er, actor-director Taika Waititi. It was for Vanity Fair’s “Lie Detector” series, and Darby was put on the spot about his favorite royals. In particular, he was asked about Harry the Duke of Sussex after he had the honor of appearing with him in a skit for Harry’s hypocritical eco-travel initiative Travalyst.

Waititi said “You starred in a video recently with Prince Harry. I know this ’cause I watched it. Would you say he’s more handsome than his brother [Prince William]?”
Darby took a moment, perhaps weighing his options, and then said with aplomb, “I think they’re different. I think they’re both handsome in their own way.” But then betraying his true intentions, the actor cooed, “In some ways, yes.”

Darby then fawned a bit more, saying that Prince Harry is a good actor. “I thought so too,” Waititi said, referring to the Travalyst skit.
Waititi is the director of the movie Thor: Love and Thunder, and he appears with Darby in the HBO Max series Our Flag Mean Death. He was not ready to give up asking about the royal runaway, and he questioned whether Harry’s idea to wear a grey T-shirt with the words “Girl Dad” was his idea.

Darby declared: “I think that was his choice, yeah.” “I like that about him,” Waititi replied.
The Travalyst video was released in May. In it, Harry jogs through the woods when he’s ambushed by a “Rating Agent” (Darby) who wants to assess the environmental impact of his 2018 trip to New Zealand with Meghan.\
First Harry removed his ear buds then he was scolded for dropping a candy wrapper during the trip. “It might have been a confusing time, it was windy,” said Darby as the “agent.”
“I don’t think it was confusing,” replied Harry. “It was an incredible time. We had an amazing time in New Zealand. It’s beautiful.”
According to People, “Harry ultimately receives a rating of 3 out of 5 stars for the eco-footprint of his trip to New Zealand, which he visited with Meghan as part of the couple’s 16-day royal tour of Australia and New Zealand following their 2018 wedding at Windsor Castle.” Don’t be fooled: Harry and Meghan have been rightfully dragged for preaching about ecotourism while flying private everywhere they go. Guess that’s what is meant by a different set of rules.
