Royal Family News: Sorry Prince Harry – Netflix Wants To Show You And Prince William On The Crown As Adults

British royal family news divulges the titillating detail that the series The Crown could actually be prolonged in order to depict Prince William the Duke of Cambridge and Prince Harry the Duke of Sussex as adults. The controversial show airs on Netflix and Harry has reportedly vowed never to allow the show to drag him through the mud as it has the rest of his family.

But at least one royal expert claims that Harry’s hubris notwithstanding, the show could go on and on.

Meghan Markle’s “soul mate” Omid Scobie said on his podcast Heirpod, that he has heard “rumblings” of Netflix stretching the series beyond Princess Diana’s death in 1997.

British Royal Family News: Prince Harry Has Vowed That Netflix Will Not Be Allowed To Depict Him In The Crown

This could ruin Harry’s day when he hears the news. He has been criticized for gaining a fortune by partnering with Netflix, as the streamer drags his family through the mud. As befits someone of Harry’s pompousness he has not defended his own family against the way they are pictured, but he has said the series will not do the same to him.

It was initially stated that the sensationalized show would end before Prince William, 38, and Prince Harry, 36, became adults. Now Omidnis claiming, “I have heard rumblings that there is talk within Netflix about the possibility of whether the show can be extended.”

And why not? The series has become a household name, with legions of fans divided as to whether the show is genuine or Memorex. With all of the interest and controversy why not milk the cash cow?

Omid Scobie Suggested The Crown Could Be ‘Extended’ Beyond The First Two Series

The show has got fans by the heartstrings as it is showing the Duchess of Cornwall as a soulless harpie who ruined Princess Diana’s marriage and life. She suffered an onslaught of online bullying after the program’s depiction of her relationship with Prince Charles.

In July series creator Peter Morgan announced that The Crown would air for six series after initially being confirmed for five.

Omid is now suggested the show could be extended even further. “There is already a lot of talk about series 5 and series 6. Season 5 and 6 have now been confirmed. It was stated originally that the show would stop before William and Harry become adults. When you think of how much controversy this present season has caused, this is going to be a presence in members of the Royal Family lives for some time.” It almost sounds as if he’s a fan of the show.
