A Leading Royal Commentator Has Claimed That Her Majesty Is Ready To Step Down
Royal commentator Robert Jobson told The Royal Beat, available on True Royalty TV, that he is of the mind that Queen Elizabeth will make a grand announcement for her 95th birthday.
“I still firmly believe when the Queen becomes 95,” he said, “that she will step down.”
Newsweek Royal Reporter Jack Royston added, “I think she won’t want to, but realistically she will get to a point where she has handed over everything to Prince Charles and then how do you look your son in the eye and tell him he is not going to be King?”

The royal watchers also touched on other royal topics such as the queen’s extended family members. Jobson said that the late Diana, Princess of Wales thought she was, “more powerful than the Queen,” prior to her infamous 1995 BBC Panorama interview.
“That period between the separation announcement [of Charles and Diana], she [Diana] actually was on the ascendancy of getting everything she wanted,” he says. “But she did this [Panorama] and I think she thought she was more powerful than the Queen. The Queen thought enough was enough and the shutters came down.’
The interview is 25 years old this year and at least three documentaries will examine the car crash event in which Diana ripped the monarchy and her marriage to Prince Charles wide open with accusations of affairs and his unfitness to be king.

Jobson went on to say that Prince Harry’s comments this week about his subconscious racial bias are, “bare-faced hypocrisy.
Jobson says, “I remember him making racial slurs about an Asian officer which was filmed by himself and distributed by his friends and he had to apologize for making racial comments. I find Harry telling everyone else that they are structurally racist hypocritical.”
Jobson then commented on recent allegations that Prince Andrew wants to resume public royal duties while the FBI wants to talk to him about his involvement in the late convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein’s activities: “Can he come back from this? No. No way can he come back from this. He has to be cleared by the FBI. If he goes over there, he opens himself to a large can of worms. Whatever he was doing at the parties was unsavory. Andrew’s association with Epstein leaves him totally exposed.”

She should have some time to enjoy herself after a long career.
Yes, I think she will. There has been many things that have touched her deeply this past year. I think with Prince Philip's passing she may want to find more peace and be able to no longer carry all the burdens of her crown. Also, Charles has waited a long time for the honor of being crowned the king. I also want to say something off of the question. I believe it is time for the monarchy to come into the 21th century. They are still acting like it is the 1700 or 1800 hundreds. Things change. Considering the scandal's that have taken place over the past years. Kings have taken off their crown in order to be with the person they loved. Sisters have stopped talking to one another and hearts have been broken many times. I believe it is time to reevaluate some of the rules. Diana was almost driven crazy because of all the rules. Charles should have been able to marry the woman he loved. Same with others who were not allowed to be themselves. Also, they should not be governed by a group instead of family. I am aware that there must be some rules of conduct, but not letting William and Harry grieve over their dead mother was cruel. The stiff upper lip and not showing affection in public is old out of date. The monarchy needs an up date. Also, the news should not be allowed to print cruel racist reports about Meghan. She was not used to a bunch of rules governing everything you do. If she had someone to teach her the rules and someone to talk to, things might have been different.
Think if she feels good she should keep going to keep busy
I was actually hoping she would hand it over to William. Charles is already old and let's face it……he's a wee bit of a dick.
Yes , I think she will step down. She has been through hell and back with Harry & Megan and son Edward. She has been a wonderful Queen.
No I don't
E are all toldcat some point in some way during our childhood to kerp.a stiff upper lip, all of us! As fir Meghan, she had a plethora of people helping her with all the rules and protocols, even to the point of the most experienced person there was helping her. Meghan just choose to not follow them. You can't lead a horse to water and make them drink it. As for HMTQ, I would love to see her retire but she has been doing her job for so long it is just part of her. She does deserve some peace at this point in her life but with Harry and Meghan bleating on about being victims and Harry with his family being so horrible, how can she!
The crown has to go to the next in line. The Queen can not just pick and choose who she wants to be king. If so, Princess Anne would now be the Queen. Prince Phillip always wished she had been the first born. Anne is the hardest working of all the Monarchs and has the best temperament. I feel the reason has remained the Queen as long as she has is because of Charles being Charles. He is a weak kneed tree hugger.
Not Edward, Andrew is the most disgraceful , Harry & magan are both nuts. They should be totally ignored. They are useing their children to blackmail the royals. Those two children will not and should not be given titles, Charles should disown Harry, the Queen should exile him. Put the titles in abeyance And let everyone get on with life.
Megan had plenty of help she just refused to follow the rules & traditions , & was ticked off they would not allow her to run the royal family, did not want to hear her ideas about how things should be done.
I hope not
I do not believe Her Majesty will willingly step down so long as she is able to lead. Her honour, integrity and commitment would not allow her to step down. I believe she will always put the Crown first and will, if unable to continue, then she again, would step down in order to again, put the Crown first.
Yes she should step down
She.will.hold on to Death she's hold to have the last word selfish lady unfair it time she leaves
